Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the Sale-N-Buy name or any of the Sale-N-Buy trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

Restrictions

We reserve the right at all times to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Service and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. Limitation of Liability

Sale-N-Buy WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT Sale-N-Buy HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Exclusions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

Controlling Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to any conflict of law principles to the contrary. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to the Site or the Service shall be filed only in the courts located in Tokyo, Japan and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of these Terms of Service.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Sale-N-Buy Rules, and our Privacy Policy are the entire and exclusive agreement between Sale-N-Buy and you regarding the Service, and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between Sale-N-Buy and you regarding the Service.

If the revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you via Sale-N-Buy website update or e-mail to the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
